Store Manager – VSP Consignment

At VSP Consignment , we deliver a luxury resale experience that celebrates sustainability, community, and style. As Store Manager, you'll lead with vision, passion, and purpose — guiding a talented team while elevating the client journey.

What You’ll Do

Lead the People

• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Partner with HR to recruit top talent and manage onboarding
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews
• Cultivate a culture rooted in VSP’s values and vision

Elevate the Client Experience

• Champion our Elevated Client Experience standards
• Drive year-over-year sales growth through data-informed strategies
• Lead in-store clienteling initiatives and ensure every guest leaves feeling seen and valued
• Oversee communications and support across all client service touchpoints

Curate the Product Story

• Partner with Merchandising to optimize store layout and product flow
• Build product knowledge within the team
• Identify top-selling trends and share insights with stakeholders
• Ensure all merchandise meets VSP’s Care & Maintenance Standards

Create an Inviting Environment

• Maintain a pristine, on-brand store atmosphere
• Oversee repairs and ensure all systems run smoothly (ASTRIX, Shopify, Clover, etc.)
• Stay attuned to operational needs and ensure consistency amongst the team

Drive the Operations

• Strategize and build effective team schedules
• Lead with a hands-on approach to floor management and service
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and retail contracts
• Keep all retail supplies organized and stocked

Ensure Safety & Security

• Uphold internal security protocols and external safety regulations
• Protect high-value inventory through meticulous adherence to policy
• Maintain a safe, welcoming space for staff and clients alike

Who You Are

• 5+ years in retail leadership with a strong people management
• A passion for luxury fashion and sustainability
• A strong communicator, coach, and team motivator
• Tech-savvy and organized with solid POS and scheduling experience
• Strategic and hands-on — ready to lead from the floor
• Committed to excellence, inclusion, and authentic client connection
