**Sheet Metal Machine Operator **
Location: Broadview, IL 60155
Pay Rate: $19.02 per hour
Job Overview:
We are hiring skilled Sheet Metal/Craftsmen to join our production team in Broadview, IL. Opportunity to be directly hired at 60 days!!!
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
Responsibilities:
Fabricate, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Ensure quality standards are met in all production work
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
Steady work history is strongly preferred
Prior sheet metal or related trades experience is required
Must successfully complete a skill test before hire
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
Dependable with good work ethic
PPE Required:
Steel toe shoes/boots
Safety glasses
Hearing protection
