SCHEDULE SUMMARY

Building 769, Base Chapel 9:00 AM Sundays

QUALIFICATIONS:

Shall possess a Minimum of three (3) years of college in music (or related field), or equivalent years of related experience specific to playing the piano and/or acoustic guitar in public performance/ chapel/church setting. Shall be proficient in playing the piano (acoustic or electric) and/or acoustic guitar. Shall be able to sing and vocally lead congregation in worship. Shall be able to plan, organize, and lead a choir/praise team. Shall be able to sight read, arrange, improve, play, and score music. Shall possess sound accompaniment skills, and be able to perform music from various worship genres, including, but not limited to, gospel, traditional, and contemporary style music. Shall possess the ability to develop and maintain a healthy and positive relationship with volunteers, lay leaders, other musicians, parishioners, Chapel Staff, and base personnel. Shall undergo and pass background check.
