Description Financial Performance Analyst San Mateo, CA $90K-$125K + Bonus (DOE) Jennifer Fukumae is partnering with a high-performing, collaborative investment team managing tens of billions in assets for a sophisticated client base. This is a high-visibility, project-driven role where your writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills will have a direct impact on client relationships and business growth. What You'll Do + Craft winning RFP/RFI responses and client questionnaires with precision and insight. + Partner with sales, investment, and compliance teams to produce impactful marketing materials, fact sheets, and client presentations. + Manage and update performance databases, analyze investment data, and prepare tailored client reports. + Collaborate cross-functionally on special projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What We're Looking For + Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (finance, marketing, data, or client service). + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with FactSet, Morningstar, or other investment tools a plus. + Ability to work onsite five days per week.
