George Nunnally Chevrolet in Bentonville, AR, is looking for a Part-time Receptionist (Evenings & Weekends) to be the welcoming face of our dealership! As our receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, both in person and over the phone. Your positive attitude and efficient work will play a crucial role in creating a great experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls us. Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome customers to the dealership.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding services, sales, and general inquiries.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
