The Position :
 
Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a part time Project Manager to support one of our clients in St Louis City. 
 
This position requires the ability to pass a public trust background check ; Must be Project Management Professional (PMP) certified; Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is preferred.
 
Overview:
 
Serves as the Project Manager for implementation of a 3 rd party vendor services.  Assists the leadership stakeholders in working with technology vendor implementation resources, technical team and business representatives.

Responsibilities:

 
  • Responsible for the overall management of the contractual deliverables and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task orders are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for communicating and enforcing work standards, tracking work schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to personnel.
  • Perform planning and dependency identification.  Ensures business user acceptance of work products.  
  • Ensure vendor personnel are fully engaged and fulfilling their responsibilities alongside the vendor. 

  Education & Experience:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or Business Administration; Master's Degree is preferred.
  • 10 years or more experience performing project management support services in a supervisory and/or leadership role.
  • 5 years or more experience managing implementations of vendor software, preferably for a federal, state, or local government organization.
  • Experience with Cityworks or Salesforce is a plus.  
Certs Required:
  • Project Management Professional (required)
  • Program Management Professional (preferred)
 
 
Clearance:
  • Ability to pass a public trust background check
