We are currently hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our Medford, Oregon location . We are seeking a creative, fun, and dynamic therapist, who has a passion for helping others and a commitment to continued growth and learning.

Job Type: Occupational Therapist (full-time or part time positions available)
Full-time: 40 hours per week (Flexible work options are open to individuals seeking less hours).

Base Pay Rate :  
  • Full Time Salary $79,191.67-$102,543.06 annually. Based on experience
  • Part time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96 per client hour. Based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred. 
  • New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply. 
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems, and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

Seven clinics are located in the Portland metro area (Oregon City, Northeast Portland, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Wilsonville, Canby ,and Clackamas).
