Located on Grand Avenue in Historic Downtown Escondido, Burger Bench is a family-owned restaurant dedicated to offering fresh and local ingredients in a friendly environment. Burger Bench is currently looking for a DISHWASHER/BUSSER to join our amazing team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual and hard-working. If you are motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making people’s day, we’d love to hear from you. We have available shifts all days of the week. Your wage is $16.50/hour + TIPS. Responsibilities include: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to the cook line and other proper storage areas Assist in bussing tables Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Assist in Opening and Closing the restaurant Qualifications include: Proven working experience as a Dishwasher (preferred) High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Perks: Tasty shift meals Opportunities for bonuses and health benefits Potential for career growth, opportunities to excel in leadership positions We are looking forward hearing from you!
