Corporate Real Estate Project Manager

100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management of corporate office fit-outs, remodels, and refreshes across regional and global sites.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, Facilities, Security, etc.) to develop and deliver comprehensive project scopes.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and risk throughout the lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead global, network/IT outfitting , and audio-visual design and implementation with internal IT teams .
• Lead vendor selection and management , including RFPs, bid reviews, contract negotiations, and performance oversight.
• Work with global real estate and workplace teams to ensure project alignment with corporate design standards and strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company safety standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports , dashboards, and executive updates.
• Travel (domestic and international) as needed to oversee on-site project milestones.

Qualifications:

• 7 10 years of experience in project management within corporate real estate, architecture, workplace technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in managing office remodels (5K 30K sq ft) and technology integration (network infrastructure, AV systems).
• Strong understanding of space planning, workplace design , and technical outfitting (structured cabling, IDF builds, conferencing tech).
• Proficient in project scoping, budget and schedule control , and vendor procurement/management .
• Experience supporting global offices or distributed teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating with IT teams on network design, Wi-Fi layouts, and AV standards .
• Strong knowledge of hybrid workplace models , sustainability, and employee experience design.
